Privacy policy

BookSpark AI is a single-author campaign generator. We collect the minimum data we need to produce your campaign, take your payment, and reply to your message — nothing more.

Who we are

BookSpark AI (the “Service”) is operated by an independent author as a solo project. The Service runs on Polsia's hosting platform; the platform stores the bits needed to run, route, and deliver your request through its proxy services. What we collect

BookSpark AI does not require an account to use the campaign generator. The inputs you submit on /campaign — author name, book title, genre, pitch, ideal reader, links, tone, and goal — are sent to the AI proxy (see below) to produce your campaign and are then discarded. Order history is held by Stripe via the payment link we issue at checkout; we do not store card numbers.

If you use the contact form, we keep the message you sent until we resolve it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

How we use it

  • AI proxy.Your campaign inputs are forwarded to Polsia's AI proxy to generate hooks, scripts, captions, Story slides, Pinterest copy, hashtag sets, email copy, and a posting schedule. The proxy processes the request and returns the bundle; we do not log the inputs beyond the request itself.
  • Email.The contact form submission and the post-purchase campaign bundle are sent through Polsia's email proxy. We use the proxy because it gives us reliable delivery without exposing third-party mail credentials in the codebase.
  • Payments. Each $19 purchase is processed by Stripe via a hosted checkout link. Stripe holds the order token; BookSpark verifies completion on the success page and emails you the campaign bundle. We never see or store card details.

Cookies

We set only the cookies we need to operate. Today that means a Content-Security Policy nonce, a session-scoped theme preference (light or dark), and any cookies the payment provider (Stripe) sets on the checkout page. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send requests to bookspark-ai@polsia.app. We respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced via the contact email you have on file, when applicable.
