Refund policy

We want the campaign you generated to be useful. If it isn't, the refund is straightforward — here's exactly how it works.

Last updated: July 26, 2026

The 7-day window

Email bookspark-ai@polsia.app within 7 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. We process every legitimate request — no interrogation, no upsell — and the money returns to your card through the same Stripe path you used.

When the campaign is “not a fit”

The most common reasons authors ask for a refund:

  • The output doesn't reflect your book's real pitch or tone.
  • The bundle is missing the platform or format you actually use.
  • You'd expected a finished marketing strategy, not a copy-paste kit.
  • You changed your mind before publishing anything.

Any of these is enough — we don't require a long explanation. A one-line email is fine.

How to request

  1. Email bookspark-ai@polsia.app before the 7-day window closes.
  2. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can locate the order.
  3. Tell us, in a sentence or two, why the campaign wasn't a fit. (We use this to improve the generator — it does not affect your refund.)

Response time

We acknowledge refund requests within one business day and issue the refund within three business days. Stripe returns the funds to your card on its own schedule — usually 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What we don't refund

Refund requests submitted more than 7days after the purchase, or after the campaign bundle has been published in any commercial context, are at our discretion. We almost always say yes — but we can't undo work already in front of readers.
